2 kinds Surge Protection Mode

  1. 1. Is there an IK test for JL-200X, and JL-240XA?

No, however, you can contact our team to do it.

2. Is the material of the 7PIN socket contact pads brass or phosphor bronze?Is the gold plating on it 999 gold plated?

Gilded Pads made from phosphor bronze Nickel plated and gilded over 0.7um, and Gold plating per ASTM B 488.

3. How much torque does the locking force of the two screws on the base of the JL-240X light controller need to be controlled?

0.6-0.7N.m

4. JL-200X, 240V voltage, the customer only has two live wires, there is no zero wire, how to connect it?

If your JL-200X lamp requires 240 volts but there are only two live wires and no neutral wire, you can use one of the live wires as a neutral wire. This connection enables the lamp to work normally, but you must ensure that the circuit is safe and complies with the relevant electrical specifications.

5. What type of bracket is needed for the JL-240TZ back cover type socket?

you can take JL-200x offer bracket specifications. it is best outside mount on lamp fixture, then you choose metal hoop bind on nearby range of the light short arm pole.

6. Do they have NEMA Socket Power Taps, how many pins do they support, 3 power pins or DALI as well?

Here recommend JL-250P, and power pins can be connected 3/4/5 pin. 7 pin JL-250P (2,3,45)

7. Does the 7-wire socket with the orange-brown wire have positive and negative terminals?

No distinction. If two signal cables are required, it depends on the type of optical controller being connected. For example, JL-251C/252C/253C requires the brown/orange cable.
