【product text】The JL-700L heat-shrinkable tube cable Zhaga socket is a high-performance, intelligent lighting connection module developed by Langjun based on the Zhaga Book 18 standard. Through the use of a heat-shrinkable tube to wrap the cable and high-efficiency silicone gaskets for sealing, the waterproof performance of the socket’s back end is enhanced to IP66 level. This makes it suitable for harsh environments such as coastal docks and areas with acid mist. It combines a small, compact structure with excellent mechanical strength and supports the standard wire gauge of 18/20/22 AWG. It can also withstand a high voltage of 600V to ensure electrical safety and stable signal transmission.

【product structure】The JL-700L features a socket body with a card slot and is equipped with a Zhaga cap and a high-elastic silicone gasket to ensure socket sealing. The heat-shrinkable tube, which wraps around the cable connector, effectively prevents the intrusion of water vapour and dust. The cable meets the AWM 1015 specification, ensuring a rated voltage of 105°C and 600V for stable outdoor use over a long period of time.

Other accessories include a sturdy plastic nut that works with the threaded socket head and one security ring to ensure a tight interface, prevent loosening and maintain performance in complex outdoor environments.

The socket is easy to install, and it is equipped with silicone gaskets and back-stop rings(One Securement Ring). The torque after connection is recommended to be not less than 2.5N-m to prevent the gaskets from wrinkling and ensure the sealing effect.

During installation, first attach the waterproof silicone gasket to the socket’s threaded port, ensuring the gasket’s flat side aligns with the socket screws. Next, fix the socket securely onto the lamp surface. Then insert the One Securement Ring onto the socket threads so that it fits tightly against the lamp surface. Finally, install the zinc nut and tighten it with a torque above 2.5 N·m to prevent gasket wrinkling. The heat shrink tube enhances sealing at the cable joint, effectively preventing moisture ingress and extending service life.

1 Attach the waterproof gasket to the socket, Waterproof gasket flat port to the socket screw flat port, #1 of gasket face to socket, As shown in the figure below.

2 attach the socket to the light fixture, 2 face of gasket sticks to the lamp wall, as show in the figure below.

3 Put the check ring on the socket screw, #2of Back-stop ring sticks to the lamp wall, AS shown in the figure below.

4 below Install the nut and lock , Locking torque greater than 2.5Nm, As shown in the figure.
