On February 14, 2016, it implemented a share reform and changed its name to Shanghai Langjun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. On May 30, 2016, it was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) of small and medium-sized enterprises, with the stock code 837588. Zhejiang Langjun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Langjun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Shanghai Langjun Intelligent has been established for 20 years and is a company specializing in the research and development and production of intelligent light controllers. It is currently a world leader in the industry and has been listed on the NEEQ. Its products are exported to all over the world, with a market share of about 60% in North America.
